The 2015 V. I. P. program consisted of three workshops taught over a series of three weeks. A general curriculum had to be created to use across all three classrooms in which the workshops were taught. While each workshop was run according to the individual paces and personalities of the instructors, the subject matter was the same. Resources such as hand-outs, videos, and slides were used to assist the students in learning about poetry.
